SAVE MARY SAVANNAH from
THE CHILD MOLESTER

Those who reach out...

Regardless of your political persuasion, I believe that most would agree that President Jimmy Carter has shown genuine concern for the less fortunate and for the victims of society.  His humanitarian efforts are widespread and resonate with his compassion for my daughter and other children that are being abused.  In his book, Our Endangered Values:  America's Moral Crisis, he addresses many of the issues facing the slippery slope that Americans are teetering on.

A special "thank you" to those in the community that signed the petition that went to Sue Bell Cobb.

There has been a great outpouring of concern by Mary Savannah's neighbors, the community, and the churches here in Hoover, Alabama.  I have been asked time and again why the local police allow her to drink and drive.  Elizabeth's own admission in court and that of neighbors revealed that she enjoys drinking alcohol while she is driving.   One police officer testified and read a report that Elizabeth Kerley had been drinking and had taken drugs.  She was almost 6 months pregnant.  She was abusing Mary Savannah before she came into this world.  As long as this continues, just be aware that you, too, are in danger.

I am touched by the continuous outpouring of love and concern that has been shown to my family.  My dad has always said that he would rather "see a sermon than to hear one."  It has been through their encouragement, prayers and faith that I have been able to face this horrific devasation.  My parents, Frank and Mary Evelyn Kerley, are each a true example of what one should strive to be.  They have no boundaries with their love, and live each day as if it were their last, striving to reach out and share their zest for life and their love for Jesus Christ.

I humbly ask you to continue praying for Mary Savannah.  She certainly didn't ask or deserve to be put in this situation.

As I have journeyed through this maze of disbelief, many have come forward and shared their stories.  It appears that others, much like myself, were told exactly what the judge would order before their cases were tried.  There have been many situations where court documents were "lost".  Unfortunately, the same judge's name kept coming up...

R.A. "Sonny" Ferguson.

Through our combined efforts and the legislators that see the severity of this situation, we will be able to stop the insanity that prevails in the Domestic Relations courtrooms in Jefferson County, Alabama.

Through this website and Alabama Family Rights Association (ALFRA) many others have contacted me with their stories of corrupt judges:

As others come forward, I will share your story and should you have website, I will be glad to link it here.
